primarily serves the textile sector, as well as paint, construction, sealants, adhesives, coatings, paper, and numerous other industries. To achieve this objective, the company has established becoming the technological leader in the sector, increasing its market share, and maintaining a continuous competitive advantage through the efficient utilization of its resources as indispensable goals.

- To effectively manage the applicable requirements of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Energy Management System standards,
- To provide products with sustainable, batch-to-batch quality that fully meet our customers' technical requirements and international standards; to provide uninterrupted technical support to enhance efficiency in our customers' production processes; to generate flexible solutions for their changing needs through our R&D and innovation capabilities; and to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level as a reliable raw material supplier,
- To actively combat the climate crisis by achieving a 50% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas and carbon emissions by 2030, compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To reduce our energy consumption and increase the share of renewable energy within our total energy consumption to a minimum of 35%,
- To target lower pollution and waste generation at the very beginning, during the process and product design stages, for the purpose of environmental protection and pollution prevention; to ensure the maximum possible recycling and recovery of wastes generated during our activities; and to reduce waste sent to landfills by 30% by 2030, compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To mitigate dust and odor emissions that may arise during our operations through further investments; and to improve local ambient air quality by reducing VOC emissions by 35% by 2030, compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To share our Ecological Product and Sustainable Procurement policy with our suppliers, subcontractors, employees, and customers, contributing to public awareness through our initiatives and informational efforts,
- To build a new value chain with our suppliers and manufacturers who are transparent and have embraced sustainability principles,
- To develop and support initiatives aimed at protecting biodiversity and wildlife,
- To comply with all applicable national and relevant international legal requirements,
- To continuously improve the working conditions of our employees while complying with the law,
- To identify and continuously improve areas where our products could negatively impact the environment, occupational health and safety, employee health, and user safety, thereby manufacturing safe products for the end-user,
- To implement improvements aimed at minimizing our consumption of water and natural resources as well as reducing waste; and to decrease our total water consumption by 25% by 2030, compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To foster social dialogue and collaborations with local authorities and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs),
- To take all necessary measures regarding Occupational Health and Safety, protecting employees against occupational accidents and diseases with maximum diligence,
- To exercise maximum care regarding PDPL (KVKK) and information security concerning the data of all our stakeholders,
- To take necessary precautions against corruption, misconduct, and bribery, and to communicate our sensitivity on these matters to our stakeholders,
- To adopt a sustainable development model based on the principles we uphold without compromising on human rights, freedoms, and labor rights,
- We accept and commit to continuously developing and improving our Product Safety, Quality, Environmental, OHS, and Energy performance.
- Ensuring continuity in meeting customer demands and expectations, and effectively handling and managing customer feedback,
- Making new product/process development efforts continuous through R&D investments and tracking advanced technologies,
- Raising awareness by sharing our adopted principles with all employees, suppliers, and customers to ensure that our ecological product and environmental policies are clearly understood,
- Ensuring that raw materials that could negatively affect human and environmental health are reduced at the source or eliminated whenever feasible, in line with risk assessments, and researching more ecological alternatives,
- Helping customers reduce their carbon footprint by offering alternative or innovative solutions,
- Preventing environmental pollution during our operations and avoiding environmental disasters wherever possible,
- Increasing our productivity by adopting a target of zero occupational accidents and zero occupational diseases, and by taking the necessary precautions,
- Using energy efficiently in all our activities as far as applicable, purchasing energy-efficient products/services, and using our resources effectively,
- Providing the necessary resources to achieve our energy efficiency targets and objectives,
- Building collaborations based on mutual respect and trust with all our stakeholders across our operations,

We operate our facility, established at the intersection of international highways in Istanbul Hadımköy, in close proximity to Istanbul Airport. Our operations encompass the Design, Production, and Sales of Pigment Dispersions, Ready-to-Use Pastes, Digital Inks, and Textile Auxiliaries for the Textile Industry, as well as Polymer Emulsions for Paint, Construction Chemicals, Textile, Leather, Adhesives, Paper, and Other Industrial Applications. This also includes customs, foreign trade, production, logistics, management, and administrative organization activities. We work with all our strength to be an exemplary organization in our sector by managing these operations in line with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Energy, and Information Security Management Standards.
We will comply with and continuously improve the requirements of the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Energy, and Information Security Management Systems to develop our products and processes, demonstrate diligence toward environmental awareness, and ensure the effective implementation and success of our established policy.
