Fixing Agents 

Pigmafix MF

Concentrated melamine-formaldehyde resin. It is used to cross-link the binders for pigment printing in order to obtain the best fastness properties. It does not have influence in the stability of pastes and maintains unchanged shades. Print pastes containing Pigmafix MF are stable and and maintain print runnability even after several weeks.

Fiksatör FF

Melamine-formaldehyde resin. It is used to cross-link the binders for pigment printing in order to obtain the best fastness properties. It does not have influence in the stability of pastes and maintains unchanged shades.Print pastes containing Fiksator FF are stable and and maintain print runnability even after several weeks.

Pigmafix DSF

Formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent for pigment printing at the room temparature. PIGMAFIX DSF is used in formulations that shouldn’t contain formaldehyde products and where time is short or temperature is low. It gives considerably improvement of rubbing and washing fastness.

Pigmafix NF

Formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent for pigment printing at low temparatures. PIGMAFIX NF is used in formulations that shouldn’t contain formaldehyde products and where time is short or temperature is low. It gives considerably improvement of rubbing and washing fastness.

Pigmafix ZF

Formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent for pigment printing at low temparatures. PIGMAFIX ZF is used in formulations that shouldn’t contain formaldehyde products and where time is short or temperature is low. It gives considerably improvement of rubbing and washing fastness.

Other Auxiliaries 

Emülgatör K

Polyglycol derivative, used to stabilize for all kind of pigment printing paste. It increases pigment paste penetration, improving print levelness and reduce staining screens.

Antifoaming Agent S35

Mixture of silicon oils and linear surface agents. It is used in textile applications such as dyeing, printing, desizing, scouring and wetting. Compatible with both anionic and cationic substances, it increases soaking power and improves printing pastes penetration and stability. It has no affinity with fibres and it is eliminated during the printed fabrics mansard drying. 

Köpük Kesici HC

Non-siliconic antifoam in concentrated form. It is used both as antifoam and as de-aerating agent. In some cases it improves printing pastes activity by avoiding fat films formation in the rollers and on printing squeegee. Compatible with both anionic and cationic substances, it increases soaking power and improves printing pastes penetration and stability. 

Pigmapol ST Cons

Aqeous polymethylsiloxan resin based emulsion improves the resistance to moisture, water and mechanical impacts. It is characterised by high chemical and mechanical stability with good printing properties with very soft handle on most fabrics.

Pigmapol PLA

PIGMAPOL PLA is a specially developed for use as an additive in pigment textile printing to improve the sharpness of print outline, fastness properties and to give an extra soft handle to the printed fabric.

Pigmasil MS

Textile printing softener. PIGMASIL MS is specially formulated soft handle printed fabrics. It doesn’t have influence on fastness properties.
